My future job

My career expectations are so bad. I’m studying Physical Anthropology, which is a specialization in Anthropology. In Chile, it is imparted in the pre-grade, but in the rest of the world is a post-grade curse. Now, I have knowledge about a lot of topics, but I’m not an expert in anyone.

With all that, my labor future seems so complicated, even so, my expectations about my career still here. I want to be part of the forensics studies around actual causes of human death. If it is possible, I want to be part of any nonprofit organization focus on human rights. I know it could be difficult because in our country non-academicist work has no place, but I can dream.

If everything around my career does not work, we will always have Mc Donald’s. (I’m no joking u_u)

About social medias

You right, no one can say has no idea about social media. It's an universal way to communicate on this millennium but it is a powerful tool for humanity.

Personally, I use Instagram and Facebook because in both I can follow cute animal photos. It’s important to me have cute pictures in my everyday because I keep in constant stress with the university. I also follow a lot of hashtags on Instagram about taekwon do because I love this martial art, and a lot of people upload post about their trainings and advances. I enjoy seeing how people surpass themselves because it motivates me to still trying and surpassing myself too.

There I also see cruelty free (free of animal testing) make up, clothes, self-care products. On Facebook I found where I can buy this kind of stuff. Also found a lot of vegetarian and vegan recipes, which help me to motivate myself to not surrender with a vegan life.

Both platforms motivate me to keep in my way, showing me how a lot of people in the world are trying so hard and accomplishing it, do not matter how hard it could be.

I like social media because they are tools to/for me, but I know a lot of people use them for questionable reasons. Maybe if we take off hate from internet and life, social media will be a useful tool to change the world.

The Best Concert Ever

I’ve never gone to a concert because there is no band or singer I like that much to go to see them live, but I enjoy hearing recorded music and covers of a lot of songs.

When I was younger I used to love romantic pop singers. So, I liked to learn a lot of my favourite artists’ lyrics by heart.  Today, singing those songs out loud makes me feel ashamed. It’s cringe. When I hear this kind of music, I start getting very excited.

Something similar happens when I listen to metal and rock songs. When I was in high school, Stravaganzza, La Renga, Rata Blanca, Mago de Oz and other bands were very popular. But it looks like it was okay back in my school days. Now, whenever I play these bands at dates and parties, nobody seems to like them or directly dislike them L. However, It is fun when I meet people who have experienced the same as me.

Today, I just hear the classics on my playlist, like pop, rock, cumbia, and a lot of cover singers that make me appreciate new music styles.
